Ex Parte & Probate Calendar:

• 8:30 – 9 AM Monday thru Thursday.
• 4:30 – 5  PM Monday thru Friday.  A new case file must be filed before 4:30 PM.
• Go to the Clerk’s Office 15 minutes early to get the file delivered to the Court.

Noticed Hearings: Guardianship & Probate Calendar, 9 AM Friday only; hearing is required to be confirmed by noon, three Court days before the hearing date (ie, by the previous Tuesday) — 425 388-3587.

Opening a probate file at the Clerk’s Office requires a Case Type 4 Cover Sheet.

The Clerk’s Office supplies Letters, so you don’t have to prepare a Letters form.
