• 9 – 11 AM Monday + 9 – 10:30 AM Tu – F.  Attorneys have priority from 9 – 10:30 AM.
• 1 – 4 PM, M – F.  Pro se parties have priority from 1 – 2 PM.

Noticed Hearings: Guardianship & Probate Calendar, 9 AM Thursday only; hearing is required to be confirmed by noon, two Court days before the hearing date — 425 388-3587.

Opening a probate file at the Clerk’s Office requires a Case Type 4 Cover Sheet.

The Clerk’s Office supplies Letters, so you don’t have to prepare a Letters form.

If you are filing a Petition for Probate and the Will has already been filed as a Will-Only, you must go to the Clerk’s Office to get the Will before going to Court.
